01. Driver Requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years of age. All renters must possess a valid driver's license and a valid payment method on file. Authorized drivers are those listed on the rental agreement. Unauthorized operation is strictly prohibited.
02. Prohibited Uses
Renting vehicles is strictly for personal, business, or professional use. No racing, drifting, towing, or illegal activities are permitted. Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized off-road driving is grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement.
03. Mileage & Fuel
C3 Auto Rentals offers unlimited mileage for all rental periods. Fuel policy requires the vehicle to be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up. Any fuel charges or service fees will be applied if the vehicle is returned below the original level.
04. Vehicle Return
Return vehicles on the scheduled date and time. A 30-minute grace period is provided for late returns. Late return fees of $65 apply after this grace period. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
05. Deposit & Violations
A security deposit of $150 is required for all rentals. Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days after inspection. Customers are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, traffic citations, and administrative fees.
